A Web Based Solution to keep track of work allotted to the Mt's working from their home. It is an online process and a report could be generated at any point which indicates the status of the work. More and more companies are opting for this software. Since this is a future of industry. Today, every mt wants flexibility in his work and timing. So the best option for him is to work from home.

Salient Feature

The Admin can create the Physician-ID, MT-ID, QA-ID. One MT is allotted to Physician whenever a new Physician is created. Similarly a QA is allotted whenever a new MT is created. A very useful software to keep track of the work given to various home mts and qa's. On the other hand Mt's and QA's can view their pending files at any point of time. They can also see their billing status. Physicians can directly upload the files through this software. They can view the status of each file at any given point of time. Once the files are transcribed, physicians can download the files through this software. They can also generate their billing status on daily, weekly and monthly basis.

The work flows in the following manner.
The Physician upload the files. The file moves directly to associated MT.
MT download the files allotted to them and process the file.
Mt upload the files. If the MT finalise the file, the files are directly send to the Physician else it moves to the associated QA. The Line Count, Patient Name etc. are generated at this stage.
QA process the file and sends it to the Physician.
Physician can download the doc file.At every step the database is maintained, hence we can keep a track of the file through various reports whether it is with Mt, QA or received back by the Physician.
Reports include
Physician Report which reflects the files sent for transcription, their status whether complete or pending during a period of time. Also informs us about the details of the file like patient name, line count, report type etc.
Physician Billing Report generates a bill automatically for a period of time.
MT Report reflects the total work alloted to him, work completed and pending with him.
MT Billing Report shows the total work processed by the MT during a given period of time and how much is to be paid to him.
QA Report shows the work alloted to him, completed files and pending files.
QA Billing Report shows the total work processed by the QA during a given period of time and how much is to be paid to him
